Lioncourt Homes. November 2017 – September 2018
Ellis Gardens, Newton, Rugby
40 No. Traditional new build properties ranging from two bedroom housing association homes to five bedroom open market.
Started on site in May 2018 and have taken the development from roads and sewers up to the completion of two show plots whilst pushing stock production. Having all foundations in the ground, bar one, with all plots at various stages of build.
Poppyfields, Shirley
Upon joining Lioncourt Homes I was asked to assist in the completion and handover of 28 No. properties for end of year, March 2018. The properties varied in levels of completion from Wall Plate to second fix. All plots were completed in time, and a large number exchanged, helping Lioncourt to exceed company targets/forecast.

Bidford Leys, Salford Road, Bidford on Avon
150 No. traditionally built homes ranging from two bedroom bungalows to five bedroom homes up to a value of £619,000. The site includes both open market and housing association properties.
Starting in January 2017 I took the development from the first stages of roads and sewers, completed the show home, handed over the first occupations and was responsible for customer care. During this time I was able to continually achieve some of the best results in the region for the lowest ‘Spend per notional build’ and Reportable Item rates with the NHBC.
In May Bovis promoted a Telehandler Driver to the position of Trainee Assistant Site Manager. Though an increase in workload I had the pleasure of assisting with his training and development up to him receiving promotion to Assistant Site Manager.

As well as the day to day running of production and safety my duties include assisting in material and subcontract procurement. With FSG being relatively new to housebuilding they had no Subcontract or Material buyer and no design and build department, because of this these duties fell into the site manager’s role.
