Worked closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful execution and timely conclusion of a number of high value contracts for the worldwide Oil and Gas Industry. Main responsibilities included:


·        Liaison with customers to submit relevant contract documentation including Inspection & Test Plans, Pre-Production Plans, Quality & Test Procedures, Manufacturing Record Books

·        Internal and external liaison to arrange field service work and mobilisation of work crews to world-wide site locations and maintaining regular contact with site crew for duration of work scope

·        Management of Sub-Vendors to arrange quotations, negotiate prices and place purchase orders by e-mail, telephone, personal visit

·        Maintaining and updating of all internal and external project documentation

The day-to-day control and management of the company including facilities management
