·       I  am in a face to face sales role

·          My duties at Marks & Spencer’s were, Barista, sales assistant, switchboard operator and warehouse operative.

·          I was always on the shop floor, making sure standards are always high and that the floor is presentable.

·          Helping elderly customers with problems.

·          Making barista standard coffee.

·          Back of house upkeep eg. Washing up.
